Before the year asks anything of you, there’s a moment to land.
This is an invitation to let your nervous system arrive, naturally.
We’re not beginning this year by pushing ... we’re beginning by grounding.
While January is often treated as a starting line, winter invites something different: regulation, rooting, and nurturing what will later grow.
ANCHOR is a 90-minute online Soul Circle weaving guided meditation, voice, music, and gentle somatic grounding to support your nervous system and bring you back into your body.
