In this powerful, highly supportive Group Coaching Program, we’ll help build a foundation for you to speak your truth and align your inner voice with your outer voice, so you can stand fully in your power and truth. The Structure and Flow of our Journey

We start our journey on Wednesday July 13 at 7 PM EST | 4 PM PST

We meet every week on Zoom; same day and time (90 min)

The sessions will be facilitated by Alexander and/or Sidsel

We'll work as one group and break into smaller groups as needed

You'll have weekly Integration Work (action steps)

Your private 1:1 sessions will be scheduled in accordance with your/our availability

Our Coaching Style

In this Journey we, Alexander + Sidsel, will facilitate together side by side.

We combine talking, singing, writing, music and movement.

We have scheduled modules but we also listen to the needs of the group and allow the divine to guide us as needed (Intuitive Guidance).

This is a group container, but it's important to us that each of you feel deeply heard and seen and get the support you need. As we grow individually we grow collectively.

*You can add extra private 1:1 sessions to your journey if it aligns with your needs.

Aloha, We are LUMIZONE, Founders of VLC and The V.O.I.C.E. Method. We are on a mission to spread light, love and transformation through music, singing and Vocal Life Coaching. We support fellow Sisters and Brothers in discovering their true voice, authenticity, and creating a life of alignment, freedom and fulfillment by stepping fully into their voice.

Alexander Perez

Alexander Perez is a singer, songwriter, musician and Vocal Life Coach. A self-proclaimed Here’ologist, huge heart, badass vocalist and vocal improv master. He is on a mission to remind us that not only are we not our stories, but that we also have the capacity to overcome and choose different and better for ourselves regardless of our past.

Sidsel Ben Semmane

Sidsel Ben Semmane is a singer, songwriter, musician, Vocal Life Coach, and multi-instrumentalist. A libra who loves finding balance and is on a mission to support fellow earth family to own their vocal expression and master the art of being themselves fully.
